Creating an item to store the username and password for an internet account only takes a few steps.

 

Creating a web account item with oneSafe for iPhone and iPad and oneSafe for Android

Start by pressing the + button to open the “New card” screen. Then press “Username / password” then “Web Accounts.”

You then have the choice to enter your data into a “Regular Web Account” template or one of the predefined templates below.

Choose the most appropriate template, then enter a title, the URL of the relevant website, your username and password. And you’re done!

Note that at this stage, you can also add an image to your item and generate a strong random password.

Once your web account item is created, you will then be able to log in to the website from within oneSafe using the auto-fill feature.

 

Creating a web account item with oneSafe for Mac

Start by pressing the + button in the top left-hand corner to create a new item. Then, under “USERNAME / PASSWORD,” click on “Web Accounts.”

You then have the choice to enter your data into a “Regular Web Account” template or one of the predefined templates.

Click on the most appropriate template, then hit “Choose Template” at the bottom of the screen.

Enter a title, the URL of the relevant website, your username and password.

You can also add some notes in the yellow tabs at the bottom if you like. Or you can add an image to your item and generate a strong random password.

Once your web account item has been created, you can easily copy and paste the username and password from oneSafe into the relevant webpage using your browser of choice.
