First, check to see if you’ve configured your iCloud account correctly in oneSafe for iPhone and iPad or oneSafe for Mac.

You can then try to force an iCloud synchronization.

 

Forcing synchronization in oneSafe for iPhone and iPad

Go to “Settings” > “Synchronization”. Click on the ‘information’ icon besides the iCloud activation button.

Here you will find the ‘Force Synchronization’ tab. This will force your data to be synchronized across all your iDevices and your Mac via the iCloud.

Forcing synchronization in oneSafe for Mac

Go to “oneSafe” (top left of the screen) > “Preferences” > “Synchronization” > “Troubleshooting.”

Click on “Synchronize.” This will force your data to be synchronized between your Mac and your iDevices via the iCloud.
