1) send us a lot of details (screenshots, explanations, etc.). The more, the better. It’s important.
2) please follow these instructions to contact us (it’s important too):
- oneSafe iPhone: go to oneSafe > More > About oneSafe > Report a bug.
- oneSafe iPad: go to oneSafe > Settings > About oneSafe > Report a bug.
- oneSafe Mac v2.0.2 and above: in oneSafe, go to Help > Contact us.
- oneSafe Mac (v.2.0.1 and before) and Android: send us a mail with a lot of details at firstname.lastname@example.org
